That's the complaint. Makes for good reading. But the one thing I thought was particularly interesting is that in addition to the usual attorneys, they also have Adam Losey, who I know is one of the experts in the field of ESI (electronically stored information). May be nothing, or may mean that they plan on hammering people with discovery.
