That's the complaint. Makes for good reading. But the one thing I thought was particularly interesting is that in addition to the usual attorneys, they also have Adam Losey, who I know is one of the experts in the field of ESI (electronically stored information). May be nothing, or may mean that they plan on hammering people with discovery.

Just want to point out that is fake. If it was really a Florida filing, it'd be written in crayon by a drunk 4-year old charging a carton of cigarettes and a case of PBR. The judge would be an alligator who went to UF and takes pride in drinking warm gatorade.

The single funniest joke ever. Thank you Gilbert for taking it to the masses. Great documentary, too. Comedians are a breed apart. They can and will laugh and joke about literally anything. At any time. There’s no such thing as “too soon” or a forbidden topic. Everything is fair game. It has to be.

In Marc Maron’s latest special, he talks about the loss of his long-time partner. She’s in the hospital dying and he goes to see her. They have some time before she dies. After she dies he takes a few moments to collect himself to leave and on his way out he thinks “Selfie?” Beat. “Nah.”

It’s hilarious.

Comedians talk about dark and scary crap all the time. And the good ones make it hilarious. The great one help people deal with the dark crap of being human.
