Glenn Bell pretty shamelessly stole the recipes he used to start Taco Bell from a competitor's restaurant after Mitla Cafe beat the pants off of his hamburger stand in San Bernardino, California.

The courts should rule that everyone but Taco Bell can use "Taco Tuesday."

Is it stealing if they let you watch how they do it and then you still change it up to make it less spicy?

But I guess if we want to keep the narrative of a white guy stealing from a minority and them not getting the full credit they deserve then stealing is the word we go with.

It's most important attribute no longer exists.

It was for people who, let's say, imbibed to be able to go there at 1AM and eat like a king for $4. Four dollars barely buys you a taco anymore.

You don't have to feel shame about stealing an recipe from anywhere. A recipe is legally not considered copyright-able.

Pretty sure legality is not the rubric by which someone should feel shame for certain actions.
