I was running games at pride one year and I passed this poor couple who’s kids were practically begging them to let them play D&D. The parents said no, they were to young and didn’t behave. I knew it was only a matter of time and sure enough a few hours later here they arrived.
Funny thing, they were the only two to sit at the table. I should have taken that as a warning.
Anyway they took to the gnome enclave full of peaceful gnomes and began to slaughter them in ways I even thought wasn’t appropriate.
The sister of the pair didn’t want to play a magic user because she couldn’t cut open a gnome with a sword, but her brother told her she could blow them up with magic. I was rather afraid for their poor parents at that point and stopped internally cursing them.
And so the gnomes of gnomen guard were sent to their reward.
So a bunch of adventurers slaughtered gnomes....
