Yep. Despite being from a state bordering Canada, and living in a town with a historically high French Canadian population, I've never gotten into poutine. But I always have cheese curds when I visit Wisconsin. Tasty.Curds are served a few different ways. Raw cheese nibbles or deep fried nuggets. Both are just dandy.
