As a fellow diabetic, I'll say that the mac n' cheese is probably worse for us than the ketchup is. I use low-sugar ketchup mostly. Salsa's not a bad option. Srihacha's good too as long as you avoid the Huy Fong version, which is also mostly sugar.
My issue is cholesterol, so the cheese and butter are the problems for me. I can only have them in small amounts, on rare occasions.

This is about another site, but...

Can we please stop trying to make up gender alternative names for "Karen"? No "Kevins" or "Male Karens". A Karen is a Karen, it doesn't matter what their gender is. For almost everything else, we've decided that one gender neutral terms is fine. And if the word was originally for just one gender, we just use it for both. Mankind. Master. Werewolf. They can all refer to females even though the root is masculine. It doesn't matter.

Just call a Karen a Karen, regardless of gender. And if a male complains, tell them to stop being a Karen about it.

You should probably take your complaint to a supervisor.

I had to call my father a Karen not even an hour ago.
So thumbs up.

I actually miss the naming convention where it was set up for the action. "Do you live here to use this pool?" Poll party Paula. "You cant BBQ in the park!" BBQ Brenda. "Do you live on this street to write with chalk on the sidewalk?" Sidewalk Susan. etc...
