The point isnt if the thing, is actually a thing. One can either be in favour, or against it, but lets at least accept that the thing, is a thing and stop pretending its not. Its been years now, its bleeding across multiple publishers, it very clearly is 'a thing'.

No, I'm sorry. The 80's lead to the 90's, and are part of the upward trajectory of course (starting in the late 70s) but the peak, is 90's.

Something like 79, to 99 is the golden age for humanity, and its been downhill since.

As a classical pessimist....I probably agree.

That said, the 90's gave us DooM, TOOL, RatM, Planescape, Planescape:Torment, The Matrix, Quake 3 Arena, Baldur's Gate, TIE Fighter, Streetfighter 2, Berzerk, Grunge music, 40K 3rd Edition, I mean the list is endless.
