For awhile, I got into the Anime Music Video scene. But there's a distinct problem where some media that people want to make into music videos just plain doesn’t have enough source material. So every music vid is just the same scenes, over and over again. And again.

Kinda like those "Ten things" lists where the video makers clearly didn't have enough examples of X to fill out their list, but they'd die before ruining their branding by releasing an "Eight Things" list, so they've just shoehorned in whatever they can.

buzzfeed just uses reddit to make their list to the point where the askreddit sub joke is "will be a buzzfeed article?"

Look, it was all fun and games when Adam Savage said, "I reject your reality and substitute my own," 20-some years ago. But it's not a way to live your life and it's certainly no way to try to make conversation with other people.

On a completely unrelated note, I don't care how dumb or childish it is, the first 2 minutes and 35 seconds of this clip are absolutely hilarious. It's from Golmaal 3. A fantastic Bollywood comedy with Ajay Devgn.

You know those videos on youtube that are like, "Black Widow's Best Fight Scenes," and it's all of Black Widow's fight scenes? Yeah, I hate those videos.

I have to admit I like videos of things like Cheng Pei Pei fight sequences. Highlight reels of Kung fu and wuxia movies can be fun. Haven’t seen black widow so no idea how entertaining those highlights would be for me
