There was no escaping Fabio in the 90s. I watched the Exorcist III again recently. It came out in 1990, and Fabio has the most random appearance in the film during a kind of death dream sequence

I was thinking about this when I noticed all of the young people wearing Nirvana gear, and wondering how many of them listened to Nirvana. Alas, the answer (as told to me by a young person) was ... almost none of them.

Oh... anybody else listen to local radio? You ever get that band you really really dislike coming to town and the station plays the crap out of it? I cant wait until that show passes and then the music can stop ruining the air!

Some of us are fortunate enough to have local publically supported programming. No algorithms here. (Though when you know who is comign to town it feels like it )

I mean, my actual wording was "I've seen... more gatekeeping" which means, if I had any desire to have my opinion evaluated, it would require checking logs of, what, two or three decades of the sum total of my interaction with the World Wide Web. I have a day job, if you really desire to check my Internet traffic yourself in your free time, I recommend checking with the NSA. Personally, as I said, I have neither the desire to be evaluated, and would not accept your evaluation in the first place, Mr. Bad Faith Arguments.

EDIT: Come to think of it, I have never had faster proof of a point I'm making online, from a dude who is the poster child for this exact behavior. I posted at 2:32, and he replied at 2:34. What a perfect demonstration of a naughty word part of the hobby!

I still listen to the radio but finding music that I like is getting harder and harder
