Yeah, that infographic is definitely a lie for humor. A casual googling also shows that tuna isn't a real option at most places in Minnesota, either. And realistically, any topping not offered by the major chains (i.e Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc) has very little chance of showing up on the list.
