I always wonder about the legality of the latter in some cases.

I don't know about other places but, in Toronto, enough condos have been bought up to impact living and rental spaces, along with the costs of housing.

In my case, everyone walks around me to shout each other down instead. Being neutral is no fun it turns out.

But it is fun being the only non-drinker at a party with alcohol. Watching a bunch of drunk people is often very entertaining. I once watched a buddy try to stand up from sitting back on a couch and jump over the coffee table in a single motion when the doorbell rang. It ended predictably funny.
