The mandalorian [Spoilers]

She would have to take force adept levels. Level 12-14 seems viable no lower than 10th level 15 probably not.

Looking at melee duelist that also makes sense, scout or soldier levels maybe or perhaps force adept/disciple.
What makes the most 'in game' sense is she took a few more levels of Jedi (which dont have any real RP requirements and dont require you to be a member of the Jedi tradition).

That buys her a couple of extra feats and helps her out with her pretty feat intensive fighting method (force training and dual weapon fighting feat tree eats up some serious feats, plus she wants weapon finesse - and is canonically statted to have it as well).

She needs 3 Force talents to get into Force Adept so that's a tough one. We've seen her Block, Deflect and Redirect shot so we know she has those three (and that takes her to 5th level).

We know she gets herself a Guardian Spirit (Moiri - that Bird thing) between TCW and Rebels. Luckily there is a Guardian Spirit Talent tree so she can easily take 1 talent from there, and the Gauge Force Potential talent and Visions Talents from the Sense talent tree (which she used on Grogu) and qualify for Force Adept.

That takes her to Jedi 11 with 6 talents (3 Jedi and 3 Force talents), and 5 bonus feats from those Jedi levels (9 feats in total).

Those feats are (Jedi starting feats) plus Weapon Finesse, Dual Weapon 1-3, Force Training x 3, Acrobatic strike and Rapid Assault from the Web enhancement (letting her move and full attack with a Standard action for a FP).

From there she needs at least 2 Levels in Force Adept which she now qualifies for (to pick up a force technique) and she can move onto Force Disciple if she wants, which is likely where we find her in 9ABY.

im really curious on the future of this show after this past episode. Will we see more jedi (Shaak-Ti), Obi /thrawn/rebel characters etc

will they give us vader like they did in rogue one

Maybe in a flashback. After all, this takes place after Return of the Jedi and Vader's death. More likely we'll see more characters from the animated show and of course Boba Fett.

On an RPG site? Yup.

What an odd complaint. There have been multiple Star Wars RPGs over the years, that published stats for various "narrated characters". Many RPGs beyond Star Wars as well, including D&D.

No one is suggesting the writers of the Mandalorian think of their characters in terms of RPG stats, or did I miss something. As I said, your complaint is odd.
So, edition wars then?

And if you're inserting rpg stats in to a show discussion, it's threadcrapping.

Fair enough.

Rereading the rules anyone can be a Jedi it just reflects training with Jedi skills.

Jedi Knight//Master just says you have to be a member of the Jedi tradition.

.
I used Jedi talents for a Tapani saber rake.

Anyway, Ahsoka left the order, but hardly forgot her training or even stopped living by the ideology of the Jedi. The talents of the Jedi Master PrC make more sense for her than those of the Force Disciple.
If a GM were being as protective and precious about the PrC in a game as you guys are here, they’d get told to chill out and play the game by every member of my gaming group.

Would people sooking on here about Asholka not being a Jedi Master also be cool with a Jedi Master (Yoda) taking levels in Sith Lord (despite not being a member of the Sith tradition) or Darth Sidious taking Jedi Master levels (despite having never been a Jedi)?

Those PrCs are for members of the relevant traditions that have completed the relevant RP requirements (plus mechanical requirements for entry).

Ahsoka is not (and never has been) a Jedi Master. Just like her master Anakin/ Vader never was.
Not a valid comparison, as Yoda was never a Sith, never trained with Sith, and had no access to their training methods.

She could just be pure Jedi as well. If she hid odds are she didn't level up much.

Melee Duelist (KoToR) also fits mechanics wise.

If she's gone into force adept/disciple might explain why she didn't wipe out the magistrate who could be Noble 3/soldier4/melee duelist 2 or 3.

Jedi 7+ 5-6 levels of some split between Jedi, Scout, Melee Duelist would be my build.
She definitely leveled up between CW and Rebels.

And Melee Duelist isn’t worth the effort to qualify for the prerequisites.

I get that the way the episode was written, there was no conflict between them. But it leaves the episode with dreadfully little tension, if all you have is two invincible characters taking down pretty favorable odds. Plus it left no teeth to any of the dialogue between them. They are both on the same page and on the same side, so what you are left with is no tension in the dialogue, and the writers visually struggling to come up with dialogue for these two characters. With no tension and no exciting dialogue, the episode ended up feeling like someone rubbing their action figures together. Cool to look at, but kind of empty narratively.

I think I see what you're going for, but why must there always be tension? The episodes are part of an arc, not individual mini-movies, and aren't meant to be completely self contained, imo. When this episode was about character introductions/reveals and relationships, the fight was just a narrative vehicle and a bit of fan service. It's (most likely, anyway) setting up future storylines with plenty of tension. I think an ebb and flow is better, especially long term, as the creators grow and expand the story.

In fewer words: On its own, yeah, it wasn't a "stand alone" story, but as part of the greater whole, it fits well.
