For the record there were strong rumors that Disney had placed a casting call for 'Asian actors in their late 20's or early 30's' to play a role in the Mandalorian.

Rahul Kholi (British actor of Indian descent) shared a tweet saying he was filming scenes as Ezra (during the filming of this years series) before quickly deleting and retracting the tweets as a joke.

Anyone they cast though won't be as obvious as Ahsoka though. Until you get a name it will be who is that......

Cal Kestis bit more distinct and Dominic is a great actor. Don't think it will be him.

I highly doubt it will be a character from a computer game. Given that Filoni’s involved, a resolution for Ezra’s story makes the most sense to me.

Who is Ezra? Were they from rebels or clone wars? I never got around to watching the former or finishing the latter.
