But then there was that one guy who wanted join the game to play an "enigmatic force of nature". He was extremely quirky, totally OP, and, for some reason, wore big yellow boots. You know, aside from looking kind of dopey and comedic, the Bakshi version still captured Sam's essential character.Poor Tolkien. I'd feel more pity for the Bakshi campaign, with THAT Samwise Gamgee. You know the one. Hoo boy.
