I like how the Ethereal Plane more clearly overlays all the planes: Material, Fey, Shadow, and Elemental.

It helps me visualize how one can be in the Material Plane, in a location that strongly emphasizes an element and shift ethereally into the plane of that element. For example, be in a lake somewhere on the planet of Oerth, and from there enter ethereally into the Water Plane. One can likewise do this from a Fey area overlapping the lake or a Shadow area overlapping it.

I like the return of paraelemental planes. I love summoning paralemental, the surprise is bigger. Will we see the update of the paragenasi, why not?

I don't mind about the quasielmental planes, but I love the idea quasielemental summones by divine spellcasters.

The paraelemental planes were in the 2014 DMG. They never went anywhere.

The paraelemental planes were in the 2014 DMG. They never went anywhere.

They were removed from the cosmology in 3E, along with the quasi-elemental planes (which have never returned). If you haven't paid close attention to 5E, which I haven't , this might look like a return.
