Red Dragon - Just used 2 (at same time) for the first time.
White Dragon - Forgot to vote but there is one in The Sunless Citadel
Iron Golem - Just used a couple of sessions ago.
Of that list I havent seen many. Been playing since Red Box days and finally used my first Red Dragons last week.

I love elementals but only use very few fire elementals.
Most elementals I use are Air and Earth. I also have a pair of Monster Waves and a giant whirlpool who are Water Elementals
The closest I get to Fire is the Half Magma Paraelemental Ogre I once used as a BBEG Volcano god
I don't like the colour coded Dragons of DnD and so have only ever used Golds and Silvers and as a player have encountered a Green.
I've encountered Clay golems and Iron Golems and a Hydra
