Throwing non-thrown weapons feat?

Hi, just a quick question.

One of my players, who plays a Fighter, is insisting there's a feat that will allow him to throw warhammers as though they're throwing hammers.

Is this a real feat? I can't find it anywhere, but I didn't think it would be, given that it would make other things (like the Hurl Weapon feat or Dwarven Thrower weapons) kind of redundant.

There's a barbarian feat that allows you to throw a one handed weapon as if it had heavy thrown.

That's the Hurl Weapon feat I mentioned, but it specifies that you can only throw off-hand one-handed weapons in that way. This player is not multiclassed into Barbarian, but even if he was, that still wouldn't apply to warhammers, would it?

It's called Hurl Weapon, and it's from Primal Power.

EDIT: He could pull it off with a warhammer if he were a Barbarian with the Whirling Slayer class feature. There are probably a few magic items that could duplicate that trick, but I'm not aware of a feat that can do that.

EDIT2: I've just checked the Compendium, and there's no feat that can do what you describe.
