Throwing your opponent...into things.

I have done something like this and it was really fun to play. I would suggest looking into the Savage species and get the multigrab, improved multigrab, and greater multigrab feats this allows you to grapple with single parts of your body while not sustaining any penalty to the grapple or yourself when grappling.
Snip
Get into the Hulking hurler PrC in the complete warrior and with the throw anything ability you can justify using enemies as ammo against other enemies. Your going have to ask around for some boosts to grapple though, however I think I gave a good solid base to start for a baddy flinging catapult.
While the tips for improving the core concept are alright, we still need to establish a means as to accomplish it, which we haven't. Two points about throw anything, firstly it seems it would require a quite cooperative DM to work, and secondly, it doesn't seem like it would allow one to damage the thrown enemy via hitting them against stationary objects. Or other enemies, for that matter. Where are the rules on this?

Fling Enemy is a feat you can pick up with a Large or Powerful Build character. Look for it in Races of Stone. Would go well on a Tashalatora Half Giant build, me thinks. Expansion + Grapple + Throw = FUN!
Hulking hurler is the first thing I found, but after looking for loopholes to the "Goliath or Large" requirement, I passed it over. That's less the flavor of scuffling with an enemy than it is bring so large you could as easily crush as toss them.
There are specific rules for how much a character can drag, and separately lift over their head, and the second number can go far beyond the weight of most medium races, and the most natural motion to do when there's a hostile creature lifted above your head is to throw it.
Further, falling damage fails to account for horizontal velocity. Technically, you could be Tarzan swinging through the jungle, and hit a tree whilst mid swing, and then fall 30 feet to the ground, suffering only 3d6 damage, though the DM probably would roll some more up for the collision on their own initiative.

all slam damage type things do 1D6, unless you have earths embrace or something, but in the end I save the brutal stuff for post battle interrogations (yay for parties without paladins) :D

Yes, and so do numerous weapons. For the same reason one chooses nunchaku over clubs, I'm trying to find the means to use enemies' own body mass as a weapon of choice.

As for Setting Sun, that gets closer, but maneuvers are really more akin to martial spells than to the simple combat option I am proposing. I'd like to be able to do such a thing more than twice a battle if I'm building it as my core concept.

I don't mean to be difficult on this. I just get rather specific ideas of what kind of thing I want to characterize.

What about the Reaping Mauler, Complete Warrior p.75? It's 3rd and 5th level abilities seem in line with your concept, if not the specific methods.
Earths Embrace, same book, p.97 deal round by round damage with a pin while grappling.

If you can consider yourself large you have x2 carrying capacity to that of a medium character and as you know the hulking hurler has a two hand throw trick that allows him to throw as much as its medium load without further penalty. Also falling damage and "thrown" damage for character it seems to be, based off of a Savage Species feat which is also called Fling Enemy different requirements, that it is half of falling and the other takes the same damage. This feat requires huge size so psionic expansion would be a must but the range increment is 120 ft. As for what kind of attack it is many people would claim it to be a splash attack or a ranged touch because it is an object that is the size or larger than the target being struck. Personally, I'm not convinced because then you can justify a colossal greatclub doing the same thing, but a hulking hurler you also can choose the area attack in which you have to do roll to hit an AC 10. Most huge weapons weight about the same as a medium person.
