I’d like to see them redo every outlier subclass, whether OP (peace and twilight clerics, etc.) or underperforming (nature cleric, purple dragon knight, etc.).

Tales and Chronicles

Jewel of the North, formerly know as vincegetorix
Honestly, they don't really need to be updated to still be usable, so I predict people will be surprised at the slow roll out of any replacements
There's still a big difference between usable and balanced. Those kits won't be unplayable, but some of them will be less satisfying when compared to the power fantasy offered byz newer or revisited kits.

I know myself prefer the archetypes from XGtE and don't mind the power disparity, but bringing a Battlerager or Storm barb next to a new World Tree barb could lead to a unfun experience to some, because the numbers just aren't there.

Eh, that's not wrong, but...I still don't think WotC will be in a rush to replace those.

Rush is a strong word, but if there's money to be made, I don't think we'll see many new kits before the old ones get a do-over.

I can see maybe a digital Unearthed Arcana (free? Cheap?) to show how to convert old material, with a few examples in each UA, once a month or so. Could be cool.

I don't understand why only 5 can be selected when there are 12 classes here.
The question was "which do you most want to see revised", I kinda wanted to see where priorities were and what everyone's top 5 are. TBH, I'd have preferred to do something along the lines of a poll for each subclass, with the options:
1. Revise and reprint
2. Leave alone
3. Make something new to redo the concept.

The pace of rules material in the 5e era has been slow in general, which is why I hope the next few post-revised Core books aren't just retreading.
