The leader of the World Village,(bringing it to 101) and a man who prizes himself as a survivor, Tobithus sees himself as a "king amongst men". He respects all Earth cultures and respects human beings, but on the other hand is a terrible snob and looks on his World Village as a cultural oasis in a sea of perversity and stupidity.
Physically, Tobithus is thin and gristly and a sparse eater. (STR 11). His hair is cut short and he has blue eyes set in a big boney head. He glows with amicability (CHA 16) that can turn dark if threatened. A relative newcomer to athleticism (DEX 8) his ways if he has to ever fight reflect the practical and antisocial nature that lies in him close to his heart.
