I am saddened that there are no multiclass options. I am in love with the Barbarian Monk I am playing now. Punching 4 times a round at level 6 while raging is just so much fun, I can hear the Bones snap under my fists of iron. I could use dex to attack but str is just so satisfying. Add to that the amazing athletic maneuvers brought by step of the wind as I leap into combat nearly 40 feet.

Why is there no option for level 1 Lightfoot Halfling Wizard decked in plate wielding a greatsword with Str 8, Dex 10, Con 8? When I need to hit stuff, that is what I use.
Fine, but what class do you use to hit it with? :)

For me: Fighter. Just - Fighter.

I think it was Malthus who first remarked that there is a certain inevitability to things. For example-

If you go to Disney World, you will go on the Small World ride. Because you kind of have to. And when you do, there is a 100% chance that the ride will get stuck.

Which will lead to this observation.

For the first minute or two, the song will continue to be charming.
For the next minute or two, the song will no longer be charming, but will at least provide the comfort of nostalgia.
Following that, the song will begin to echo into your soul, burrowing within and combining with the creepy ethnic stereotypes whirling around you to form some kind of apocalyptic hell.
Somewhere around minute 10, the hallucinations start. You will realize that not only is the world small, but so is the boat. This is bat country, and you need to escape.

Shortly thereafter, you will learn that the Disney secret police are large, burly, and overly-serious when it comes to their "Don't get out of the boat, sir" orders.

...or so I hear.

Ok point one why so much paladin hate?

Point 2 the water in the small world ride is like what 2inchs deep? why are you trapped in there for hours just climb out and walk out the fire door

Oh i voted BM fighter because there is hitting things then theres HITTING THINGS.

Point the first. Because every party has a pooper and that's why we invited the Paladin? I don't subscribe to any of this new-agey video-gamey "But the Paladin is just a tank-y spellcast-y smite-y kinda guy!" No, the Paladin's class is the boot, and happiness is the face that the Paladin is forever stomping on.

Point the second. I did mention the Disney secret police? Also, it's not water. It's the accumulated tears of decades of trapped individuals. Not of sadness- of terror. Tears of terror. And you can't get those stains out of your socks.

Point the third. I was unaware that one of the Battlemaster's abilities was that of allowing you to capitalize your attacks. Nevertheless, I am unsurprised. Of course, if WoTC would just allow you to play the class that cannot be named, you could capitalize your allies' attacks!

Fair enough i never subscribed to lawfull stupid paladins so meh.

You didnt mention the Disney secret police do tell could all ways take your shoes and socks off or its been a while but im pretty sure the gap from boat to platform was only about 2ft i could step that.

Go re-read the PHB its right there at 3rd level battlmaster's can capitalize there attacks at 6th they get to punctuate them as well
