Heretic of The Seventh Circle

So, the whole video is interesting, Strixhaven will have new items, new feats, new spells, etc. Owlin will be mostly as they were in UA due to very positive feedback.

What surprised me, is when speaking on that UA, Jeremy states that they haven't revealed where the Hobgoblin of The Feywild that they tested is going to be featured. The language is very positive in terms of grammatically presupposing that the variant Hob will feature in something that hasn't been announced yet.

Any guesses?

Volo's Redux (AKA Monsters of the Multiverse) I imagine, since the hobgoblin (and kobold) first appeared in Volo's.
It would be interesting if they put completely new material like that into Monsters of the Multiverse, though personally I doubt they plan to do more than update existing stuff. (I'd be even more surprised if they tried to overwrite the Volo's hobgoblin with the Feywild version, as their abilities suggest very different portrayals, and reskinning can only go so far.)

MotM isn't deleting the content from earlier books, so it can present a fey hobgoblin lineage without overwriting the earlier race. WotC know player options sell books.

I had this figure out back when Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse was announced.

They are rejigging the races that came before to fit the Tasha's model and to fix ones that weren't as well designed in MP: MotM, the UA Kobold and Hobgoblin fit this to a T.
