I'll do my best. I was brainstorming a bit last night. So far my concept is "Roach", a small time pot dealer, but the big connection in the park.

In decending order of importance his attributes are Social, Smart, Decent, Sexy, Fast, Strong, Tough.

In Descending order of importance his weaknesses are Stoned, Greedy, Mark, Greasy, Drunk, Gross, Dick.

Stoned is his special weakness that is actually an attribute. Divine Inspiration kind of Stoned.

Roach was that kid who could have gone to college if only he had applied himself. Unfortunately for him, he had an undiagnosed learning disorder of ADD and just couldn't make himself do the homework or study for tests. All that potential may have been lost to academia, but the world of cannibis horticulture has been blessed with his brilliance. Roach can grow some of the most potent bud ever seen in the Pacific Northwest.

Any ideas of where I should go from here? Is this an acceptable concept?

Donnie "Cooter" Coots:

Cooter is the resident pervert/peeping tom. He gets his ass kicked a lot, but for the most part most of the residents are at least a little bit afraid of him. He always seems to know who is having sex with who, as well as a lot of other dirty little secrets, and is not above blackmailing people for goods, services, and/or sex.

Cooter knows every trail and hiding place in the park better than anyone. He is very quick and sneaky, and rarely gets caught... but usually gets beat up when he is caught. He also has a trap door to sneak into or out of his trailer in order to avoid ugly confrontations.

Cooter knows how to work the system and draws a monthly disability check, as well as food stamps, and knows how to get things cheap or free from the government. He is good with his computer and the internet. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of porn/celebrity skin. If you name a female porn star, he can tell you (in detail) what acts she has performed in which movie (i.e. lesbian, oral, D.P., etc.). If you name a mainstream actress, he can tell you, in great detail, every movie or TV show in which she is naked and/or has a sex scene, and can tell you any and every nude photoshoot she's done and any nipple slips, beaver shots, flashes, or homemade porn she has on the internet.

Cooter has two spycams that he moves around to different locations in the park. He uses the video he captures to make quite a bit of extra money on the internet.

His sister married the park manager, which helps keep him from getting in much trouble from complaints.
