Telinor stops momentarily to respond. "We should keep moving. If there are survivors, they will need help as soon as possible. If not, we will want to make it back to the caravan before they start moving again in the morning, and so we cannot afford to stop either way." The mage's feet ache, but he shoves it to the back of his mind as he is accustomed to doing with pain.
"Actually, Silver, if you can run the entire way, that might be a good idea. You could get there first and render quicker aid," he pauses, as if afraid to continue, "or if there are no survivors, you could report back to us faster." He pauses again. "On second thought, the two ships were locked in combat. One of them must have been the agressor, and if that is the one which we are going towards, it would be best if we stuck together. If you go ahead alone, they might capture you, or worse."
