two weapon fighting

I have a 14th level Dwarf Fighter with a ton of feats. I have 2 magical waraxes that when used together gives me the TWF feat making it a -4/-4 to attacks. I then took the Imp. TWF which states, Gain second off-hand attack at -5. my attacks before the TWF are 23-18-13. Now my question is would mt attacks with Imp. TWF be 19-18-14-13-8?

From ITWF in the SRD:
Benefit: In addition to the standard single extra attack you get with an off-hand weapon, you get a second attack with it, albeit at a –5 penalty.
You start out at 23/18/13?
An off-hand weapon gives you an attack at your highest BAB. TWF reduces the penalty for the attacks, so they're all at -2. So:
Primary: 21/16/11
Off-hand: 21
ITWF gives you an extra attack with your offhand, but at a -5 penalty:
Primary: 21/16/11
Offhand: 21/16

I don't know where you got -4 from.

Oh, -2 is for if the off-hand weapon is light. So it'd be:
19/14/9
19
then:
19/14/9
19/14

But it works the same way.

OK, so in the time I was posting this, like 4 people beat me to it. :]

Actually with TWF you are at -2 if you are using a light weapon n the off-hand; the -4 is if you are not weildng a light weapon in the off-hand.

With attacks of +23/+18/+13 and using 2 dwarven waraxes (not light) wit imp. TWF you would be +19/+14/+9 wih primary hand and +19/+14 with off-hand.
