At this point, the excerise is a bit "academic" - but still fun! I've already run the one-shot, with the Mnk 12/Clr 1/Angel 3 (ECL 16) and his "Robe of Celestial Armor" (+4 armor, +2 natural, +2 sacred, +2 luck, +2 deflection). The "angel" is a custom race, modified from SRK's "Anger of Angels" supplement.
For the one-shot adventure (that is: only one gaming session, 4.5 hours), I priced the item at the "1.5" price, and did not include the -30% "class restriction discount", as suggested by several posters to this thread. That price was 70,000gp.
To be honest, I suspect that price is a tad too high, given the benefits/restrictions.
It's also clear that a few posters disagree with me completely. ("Wow. That's the first time that has happened!")
