Yes. And there are indeed chapters concerning (and set in) Avernus, Ravenloft, and Spelljammer.Have you picked up a copy to verify these symbols are involved in the adventure?

All of the Advebtures you listed are from nearly a decade ago, the most recent one came out in 2017. Your readings of those older 5E Campaigns are shallow, and suggest you haven't actually played or even read them, but the criticism is far less relevant to the last 7 years of Campaign So let's hear your shallow reply about the Vecna Adventure as any adventure
I can read how biased I am for Greyhawk because I feel any published mention of Greyhawk anything, WOTC should just create new Greyhawk material as the storylines are fitted for that campain and not for FR - with many unfinished stories, why use anything related to Greyhawk? I believe this was WOTC intention to draw older fans into 5e without giving what a Greykawk fan wants, a Greyhawk adventure, such as Saltmarsh you mentioned. And anything not Greyhawk is a ripoff is how I feel, such as Vecna - Eve of Ruin. I know that is silly because we can create and change and place anything from anwhere to anything and to anywhere, just as Eve of Ruin is written as a multiverse adventure. (Multi-sphere?)What was the post I was replying too? No matter, I am sure my comment was to suggest WOTC has to reuse past glorious adventures they hate to advertise are based upon past Greyhawk modules in Oerth, because they have no great writers with any experience to create completely new material, on their own. (I do recall all FR copied adventures do mention relations to Greyhawk and suggest how to drop the adventure into Oerth and other campaign world settings.)
So yes, all those FR adventures are copies of originating Greyhawk material, changed enough to seperate the material from originating material.
And for arguments sake, the FR are not 'exact' copies, as changing the FR places to Greyhawk is as simple as Yawning, which those FR adventures were, boring.
Now since the adventure has been out, I can see no one has posted anything since 2024 and the silence may support my opinion I posted before owning and reading a copy for myself, the adventure is terrible. Just as I predicted.
Vecna is set in Greyhawk for a large part of it, amd the DMG now has an extensive Hreyhawk gazateer in it.I can read how biased I am for Greyhawk because I feel any published mention of Greyhawk anything, WOTC should just create new Greyhawk material as the storylines are fitted for that campain and not for FR - with many unfinished stories, why use anything related to Greyhawk? Lol. I have another follow-up post and I will forevermore move away from this thread no matter anymore post replies that may happen.
If you can make the adventure work, good on you. If you have other adventures untapped maybe there is something else in your library you can meld to Eve of Ruin and run better story to completion? My group are on the Death House chapter now, which is great, but only because the situation has gone completely wrong. But as DM I am starting to find it all a bit repetitive now and am considering stopping this adventure and moving onto Call of Cthulhu instead of D&D. This group has been playing D&D pretty much non-stop since 2010 and I feel it's time for a change.
There are also older editions that lay a better foundation to how and why Vecna is so evil and needs to be destroyed. 2nd AD&D modules are out there to research better end-game scenarios as are blogs supporting World of Greyhawk for more background material. If you can make the adventure work, good on you.
