Lightning strikes on the horizon brightening the sky with a white flash. The ground then shakes, then settles. A second later the ground shakes again, longer this time but finally settles. Then the weather clears up.

A dove flies onto the rooftop of a nearby building. It spreads it wings and open and it descends to ground transforming into an elf on the way. The elf walks up to Kef and extends his arm.

Lily frowns, wondering if this is some kind of PvP thing. She circles around behind the dove-elf, both to flank with Kef, and to be ready to smack the reedy elf on the back of the head if he tries to mess with her party.

Kef looks at the elf with an atypical expression of confusion on his face, not knowing what to make of this and seeing that almost every creature they run into is an enemy, Kef will be cautious as the elf approaches.

Wu draws his bow and points it at the newcomer. He'll shoot if hostilities break out.

"Hold it!" he orders the elf. If this guy's hostile, I hope he's not too high in level.

Caine glares around at the glitched weather for a moment before he notices the fluttering bird. Watching as it becomes an elf, he watches warily as it approaches Kef, and then becomes threatening.

Initiative: 120+8 = 17

 

[Blackrat]

Roy is more preoccupied with the weather than the bird-turned-elf and as such reacts slowly. When he does however he moves next to Kef, to dish some healing if it comes to it.
