Sigh. Bad example, I guess. A better example, then:

11 x 11 = 1001

See? d02 math.
Oh, oh. Yeah, if you're going for that joke, you want a better example. That it failed the first time hurts it, though. Here, I'll forget about it and you try again.

... Go!

This comic has the potential to become the next Knights of the Dinner Table.

I think it will become bigger. KoDT is good up to a point. I stopped buying the comic a few years ago because it was always the same jokes and the characters got to be really annoying.

OotS can easily stop itself from getting into a rut because it's all about the characters and not about the players. The characters can find themselves in all kinds of fanciful situations whereas the players can only do so much IRL.

If OotS can, somehow, branch out and use stories from other settings (not just vanilla D&D) but at the same time stay with the d20 background, then I think it could definitely reach just as large an audience as KoDT, if not larger.

There are 10 types of people in this world; those who understand binary and those who don't.

There are 10 types of people in this world; those who understand trinary, those who don't, and those who thought this was the binary joke.

There are 10 types of people in this world; those who understand quaternary, those who don't, those who still thought this was the binary joke, and those who thought they were being clever when they used trinary.

You're be surprised how long you can keep going like this (hint: right up to about nonary). ;)

PS. w00t, more comics!
