Going off the SRD quote that Fredrik Svanberg provided...
I'd say that neither one is forced out of the square. In order to "end your movement", you must start/begin your movement. Since both characters started in the same square (one from the previous round, one that just because concious), neither one "ended their move" in it.
Had it said "You can not occupy the same square of another character" then we might be stuck.
Standing up (to me) wouldn't be considered movement (though it is a Move Action). So you could even stand up in the same square as the enemy. To consider standing up as movement, you would also have to consider swining a weapon movement.
