The Gladiator article has better preview material than today's epic fighter preview. These are all speculations based on the article.

Fighter At-will Exploits:
Crushing Surge - something to do with temporary hitpoints?
Dual Strike - something similar to twin strike
Footwork Lure - shift if you hit?
Brash Strike

Ranger At-will Exploits:
Circling Strike - something to do with beast companion
Predator Strike - beast companion attacks

Rogue At-will Exploits:
Disheartening Strike (or Attack?) - target takes a -2 attack penalty?

Warlord At-will Exploits:
Opening Shove - you attack, push, ally shifts and makes basic melee attack?
Brash Assault - you attack enemy, enemy attacks you with combat advantage, ally attacks enemy?

Looks like some fun abilities, but also some repetitive abilities. I'm hoping there will be at least 4 new at-will powers for each class.

I agree about Crushing Surge. It either grants temporary hit points, or is Battle Rager specific. There's no point in it giving a bonus only when you don't have temporary hit points if you aren't expecting to get temporary hit points sometime soon. Otherwise it would be like getting a bonus all the time.

I believe Dual Strike was already previewed, and is basically the two weapon at will for Fighters.

I'm pretty sure that Brash Strike involves giving some advantage to your foe in exchange for a benefit for yourself. I base this on things I gleaned from the other Brash attack for the Warlord, plus a big leap of logic.

Otherwise I basically agree with you, although I'm a little uncertain on some.

So this makes both Viper strike and Wolf Pack Tactics obsolete?

It depends. I doubt you do any more than strength damage with the attack. The main effect I guess would be the push, and your ally gets to shift and do a basic attack. It would be sort of equivalent to Commander's Strike, but instead of giving bonus damage to the attacker, it does some battle field control, but due to two miss chances it would average to be less damage than Commander's Strike

Its an actual article, though it features content from Martial Powers.

Repeats content that will be in Martial Powers or sort of adds to it? If it repeats it's a bit of a shame the first paid Dragon, is effectively changing twice for the same content, if you get the Martial Powers book.

It doesn't feature the content from MP, it references it. Basically, the article includes many feats which give bonuses to At-Will powers, some of them from MP. It does not detail the actual power from MP, it just says stuff like "If you hit with (New power from MP), slide the target 1 square."

It doesn't repeat anything. It adds feats that affect powers from PHB and MP. I called it a "preview" because it kind of includes spoilers of what's to come in MP that we can glean information from. It doesn't explicitly give any specifics about any of the powers in MP (other than name of the power).
