Weapon Finesse and Intuitive Attack

Can a character use these two feats at the same time?

Weapon finesse (PHB pg 102) and intuitive attack (BoED pg 44) both involve using another ability's bonus in exchange for strength when attacking. Can they be used at the same time, basically exchange your strength modifier for both your dex and wis modifier when attacking? Nothing in the wording of either feat prohibits this. Just wondering if anyone has run into this before and/or what they think.

No, you can't do both because they do the same thing (use an ability score in place of Strength) just with different abilities. It would have to be one or the other, not both.

Yeah, once you replace strength with something, you're no longer using strength, so you can't replace it with anything else.

Plus, it's cheesy.

There's nothing in the descriptions saying that they stack with anything- they replace an ability score. They don't stack with strength, so why would they stack with something that replaces strength?
