D&D General What’s the weirdest mount you’ve ever employed in-game?

Our table likes to have fun with customizing the mounts that paladins get through find steed. I currently play a paladin of Erathis that comes from a noble family. His family's crest is a stag. So his mount is a white stag with horns in the shape of connected gears.
In another game I run there is a tabaxi paladin whose mount is a giant house cat (modeled as a large sized panther).

Hmm. I usually DM rather than play, so that's the perspective I am coming from. So that said....
I recently had a gnomish attack force mounted on giant dragonflies. A few game years ago, the pcs rescued a group of fey horses that can ride from one plane to another and got to use them as mounts for a year and a day. But probably my favorite is the oni mounted on a giant slug.
