What book to get?

I have the rare oppurtunity to buy a book today---I've narrowed it down to: Advanced Beastiary or Lords of Madness or Monster Manual III. (or maybe one of the enviromental books)
which would you recommend?

Lords of Madness is great but only if use those creatures as villians.

to get to the point, I really like creatures/monsters/races---which is why I'm kinda leaning toward Adv. Beastiary, but I could probably get some use out of LoM, but maybe not quite as much as A.B.

FWIW, I'll also cast my votes for "Lords of Madness".
One of the best books WOTC has put out in a while: IMO, it ranks right up there with the Draconomicon.

I was impressed with MM3.

I have not read any of the other books or DMG2.

Get the Deluxe Book of Templates first, then Advanced Beastiary. Together those books will make all your other books much more useful.

Tough choice. I'd go with Advanced Bestiary, then Monster Manual III and then Lords of Madness.

I really like MM III. Don't care for aberrations. Don't have Advanced Bestiary.
