Saturday from 11:00 AM till about 4:00 PM and Tuesday from about 5:30 PM till about 9:30 PM.

All adults (25-35), all working. Well, most of us. Some have just returned to school after suffering the dreaded lay off.

Wednesday's night, from 20:00 to 24:00, every two weeks (although we are playing every week now, it is not the norm). I really hate to play at night, but we all work and some of us have children and, therefore, are not willing to play at weekend afternoons, when they usually spend time with their kids.

It seems that I'll have to wait until retirement to have enough free time to play as much as I would like to.

I for one play Tuesdays. I used to play various days a week when I was in high school, and early college. I eventually settled on one quality day a week, I ONLY DM and I think that was the best option to offer a quality experience to my players. Originally we began playing Wednesdays, and migrated to Sundays, but I got married and family affairs became more common. Then we switched to Mondays, which lasted for a LONG time… Almost six years. Eventually we had to change it last year to Tuesdays, as I was teaching a Monday night class.

I’m 30, married with no kids. I’m an Educational Consultant and sometimes College Professor. My group’s composition is varied. We have teachers, store clerks, construction workers, computer specialists, and t least one unemployed person. Mind you many of these people work in areas VERY different form their specialties or what they majored one.

One more interesting bit of information, we are all male… I’ve only had women gamers in my first three sessions as a DM. I’ve been at this for seventeen years (God that sounds long!) and I’m yet to have a regular female player.

Ok enough with this rant.

Wednesday nights 7 PM - 10:30 PM. The high school I teach at avoids scheduling games and meets on Wednesdays to allow kids to participate in youth groups at churches. That means Coach Pogre is usually free Wednesday nights. Weekends are for the family of course - Saturdays are also meet days during Track & Field season and Fridays are Game nights during f-ball.

My group is a bunch of 30 somethings, with a pair of late 20 somethings and a pair of early 40 somethings. All are professionals associated with the University or other similar white collar jobs.

That's just not fair. My group and I are in High School, and yet it seems like we can barely manage to get together once a week. I would love to run that many games...

we did too. so i don't know how some times people can say there are more players now. ;) i ran a game with 14 players back then. not all of them showed every session. but i had no problem running 5 sessions per week.

We game on Mondays from about 6 (when I get off work) until 10 (when one of my players goes to work). I've discovered that it was impossible to schedule the game on the weekends, since no one wanted to commit. I've had three different gaming groups since I started college and none of them could get anywhere if they were on Friday night, Saturday, or Sunday. I guess my friends want to do something else with their weekends other than gaming. :p

I game with two groups. The first one is on sundays, and consists of three 17 year olds (including me) and four 30 year olds (including my brother if anyone wondered about the age difference). The second game is on weekdays, never mondays or fridays, usually thursdays, and it consists of 6 17-year olds.

We've got no set day but play whenever we can agree on a day when everyone has time to play which is mostly on weekends (friday or saturday) approximately once a month or less. We're friends from highschool days and still students.
Two years ago we started a second campaign where we play when someone is missing which worked quite good because it was always the same person. :)

We tend to meet at 8pm and stop around 2-3am sometimes even till 4-5am however our meetings are more than just playing D&D so not all the time is spend playing.

In schooldays we met fridays around 4pm till 11-12pm
