Nope. I make no presumptions about someone‘s character on the internet until I see their words in front of me. It’s the Maya Angelou standard: “When someone tells you who they are, believe them.”

Several people in ENWoekd have been permabanned for genuine bigotry of various kinds. Some reveal themselves quickly, some over a long span of time. I’m sure some do an excellent job of concealing their dislikes and hang out here for years.

But if you think I’m of the opinion that someone who disagrees with me is necessarily a bigot, you’re a failed oracle.

You denying blatant racism doesn't change the reality. At the point when the most prominent identifying characteristic of the only evil elf subrace is their black skin the racism is not imagined.

You don't get to force your views onto others, though. You can't make that the reason Gygax designed dark elves to be the way they are.

I really don’t think that, but your own words gave me an impression - you did talk about changing 1 bigots mind after all. If not those that disagree with you on this then who are these bigots?
