What should my next ringtone be?

My wife hates my ringtone. I need a new one. I've had the Doctor Who theme and the last one was the theme to Afro Samurai.

At Gen Con I heard a guy's phone ring and it was the old school Star Trek communicator sound. That's pretty cool. Can you beat that?

It's not that I don't love walking around and wondering where the TARDIS is going to show up. Heck, I love the Dr. Who theme. But ringtones are a blight on society.

I'm with ya, GJ. I set my phone to silent mode all day at work. Nothing pisses me off more than hearing a phone go off in a meeting.

But when I'm out I need to know if my wife needs help with the kids, or gets stranded in our ancient car.

You mean you can only have one ring tone? I think I have a custom ringtone for every person. My dad is the "Colonel Bogey March", my ex-girlfriend is Bon Jovi's "You give love a bad name"

When I am at work I keep my Pearl on Quite Mode, which lets it ring very quietly.

Yeah, my dad found this ringtone that sounds like a phone from 70's. At least it is instantly recognized as a phone.

I'm not sure what I can suggest, but I have 'Whole Lotta Rosie' by AC/DC as mine (makes my friends groan) and 'Exterminate!' as my message alert.
