When +1 existing caster level runs out...?

Ok, I'm looking into the future with my Geomancer, who is Clr3/Sor4/Geo2 and wondering what happens when I am Clr3/Sor4/Geo10. I am applying all of my +1 caster levels to sorcerer, so what would happen if, for my 18th level, I took another level as sorcerer?

Would my spells increase to that of a 15th level sorcerer but my BAB, saves, etc add in as a 5th level sorcerer?

This is something that I've always been curious about, but it hasn't come up yet (stupid TPK )

this is a good question, but this is what I would do:

BAB and Saves as if you were a 5th level sorcerer, Spells per day/spells known as a 15 level sorcerer.

Hammy has it. I think this is illustrated in Tome and Blood a bit better somewhere...
