I had my Torts exam today. It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected...hopefully that's a good thing!

Lord... I have Torts on friday. The problem I have with the exam isn't that I feel unprepared, it's that my prof is a total dictator and I'm afraid her exam will be next to impossible even though I *do* know the material.

I've felt pretty good about my exams thus far... and just last night I had a 3L tell me that positive feelings usually mean that I missed something.

I just hope he's wrong

Good luck to you too! I've found that most of the 3Ls are kind of jerks...at least my Legal Writing TA is anyways. So, I wouldn't listen to him/her.

Hehe... as soon as I saw the topic, I thought "wee, exams!" It's like the universal language or something. I've got one more to go, Functional Logic Programming tomorrow afternoon. Prolog is annoying enough already, but writing Prolog on paper with a 3-hour deadline is particularly annoying.

Well Civil Procedure beat me like a red-headed stepchild today. That was lots of fun! Criminal Law on Thursday and I'm FREE! There will be single malty goodness to follow. And then I'm off to Florida with some camp friends, I'm quite ready to unwind.

Criminal law was a breeze... but my ass has never been as sore as it was directly after I finished my Torts Exam. *shudder*

At any rate, I'm done... and that means I get to watch Return of the King tonight with... wait for it...

Lucky bastard! I'm waiting for RotK until I'm with my camp buddies. Kind of a requirement. That's okay though, I'm more looking forward to getting ripped.
