whirlwind attack + sneak attack

I have this question about a (sufficient high level) fighter/rogue:

would he be able to use whirlwind attack to sneak attack all foes withing 5'? Given at conditions for a sneak attack was met?

So long as they meet the conditions of sneak attack (i.e. losing Dex bonus to AC, etc.), then yes.
