Who was your favorite character in the D&D cartoon?

Hank was far and away my favorite. It probably would have been Presto but it was just too disgusting to watch the wizard made into comedy relief when he should have been fireballing and teleporting and conjuring, etc.

I voted for Sheila. Yeah...of course it was because I thought she was cute. But on top of that....I really dug that cloak of hers. I tend to like stealthy types.


My favorite episodes were the ones that gave the character's psuedo love interests. The one with Bobby who found the other girl from earth. Everyone journeyed through this wicked looking maze to get to the teleport gate in the middle. That maze was awesome, it had thorny spikes on the top of the walls!
The other one I remember is when Diana met that one prince or something that was from another world. And something to do with a comet in the sky that would take you back home or something. She gave up her ride to let him go back home. The D&D cast tends to do that a lot. And yes, that episode with the clock on the edge of midnight worked by children was good. I don't think we could get away with cartoons like that now a days. Standards and Practices wouldn't allow child slavery to be reprensented on screen.

Another good episode was when the group got sick of Venture ruining their plans to go home so they all decided to hunt him down and kill him. The moral dilemma being whether or not they should step across that line to actually killing him. Good episode.

The episodes I remember is one about the child of the Stargazer - turns out one of the kids had an astronomer father

and another when Eric was given the powers of the Dungeon Master

Live his comic lines (at the time, I was a kid). And his shield could stop anything.

For me, it's a toss-up between Venger and Tiamat. On the one hand, Tiamat's Tiamat. On the other, Venger had some secret past with Dungeon Master, it seemed, and a shadow minion. On a side note, I really liked what Baldur's Gate 2 did with the characters from the show.

Voted other, for Tiamat. Best damn character in the cartoon. Runners up would be the DM and Hank.
