Shadowheart first, then Minthara on my first evil playthrough. I didn't meet Karlach until my third run, and she instantly became (and remains) my favorite. Lae'zel to round out the ladies, then Astarion for a change of pace.

Next I will play as Wyll and romance Karlach. This is the classic enemies to lovers trope.

Nice I'm leaning towards a Gale romance Karlach maybe Asterion.

First tried Astarion but he shot me down. Same with Karlach.

Finally ended up with Shadowheart.

Next play through I plan to go for Mithara.
