Why do girls get to have all the fun??

Eunuch warlock (OA): require to be male. Ex-male, in a way...

Battle-Maiden (OA): Require to be female.

Bladedancer of Eilistraee (F&P): require to be female.

That makes a couple (and a couple is two, not three or more; three or more is a vaudeville). I can't think of any other (official, that is).

But that's not so much a problem. In a world of magic, with all those Alter Self/Polymorph Self/Reincarnate/Cursed Items, sex and race are things that are little more than cosmetic. Once you've reached a certain level, if you've never changed of either (at least temporarily), you're extraordinary.

For the record, I don't consider the Eunuch Warlord a prestige class for men... Because it sorta... um... cancles that out, and all.

That actualy brings up a good point. If a character changed sex magicly, would they be able to take the class if they were now a woman? What if they were a woman, now a man? Or what if the class is taken, but THEN the gender changes... does the class benefits go away?

Though there are a couple of prestige classes I've modified to be male-only in my campaign, to go along with the female ones.

And, for the record, there is ONE published prestige class that basicly requires you to be male: The Asha'man prestige class from Wheel of Time. Of course, that same book also introduces the Aei'Sedai, Wise One, and one other prestige class (The one for the weather-witches, I forget the name) that are female only, so all things are balanced again...

Again, that's not counting that one that's... um... unpleasent.

I'm a guy whose played a few girls in my time. It was preety cool, and got me some respect from some of the female players too.

Definately a way to go if your looking for a new concept, playing a girl is very different from playing a guy.

Same with all OA characters being Asian, though. :p

I doubt that there are much asian Eunuch Warlocks in any d20 or D&D game. They're either Kara-Turan, or Rokugani, or something else, but I think few are asian (since Asia won't exist in those worlds!)

It seems to me that females would be better at seducing, just because;)

Not neccesarily. There are people a woman could try seducing as hard as they can and still had no success. But a male seducer would need no 5 minutes.

Those people are called heterosexual women, in my book (Although not all of them would let them be seduced by just any male gigolo in 5 minutes.;)).

I think I have seen some PrC's (in some netbook or on a website) that required the character to be a virgin female, if we're talking about discrimination...

This is a rules question how? :p

Moved to General Discussion.

Also, just as a friendly reminder to everybody: This threads needs to stay calm and/or silly - otherwise, it might turn political and/or into a flame-fest real soon.

PS - Just for the record: The witch of Rashemen prestige class (from the FRCS) also requires being female.
Not to mention the many, many prestige classes that require you to be of a certain race, alignment, or even faith.

Relics and Rituals II buys into this new conspiracy!
Heliann and the Lady of Serpents both have to be of female gender.

When will this end?? :D

In my homebrew, clergy of the Imperial Church, which is modeled very much after the Catholic Church, are required to be male.

Clergy of the various pagan dieties, of course, have no such restrictions. :)

...but still, is there any advantage to being a male?

Advantage of being a male PC -- DM can not make your PC pregnant as part of a storyline (with or without your consent) -- barring magic, of course.

Disclaimer: While I am not trying to say that being pregnant is necessarily a bad thing, it does tend to be a problem for PCs when played to their full effect (having to tend to child and slay dragons? and have to keep your enemies from finding out about the child to keep it from being a target, etc...). I did not mean to imply that being pregnant in of itself is a disadvantage -- just for those who try to wear non-speciality-fitted armor :)

Edit 1: removing my excess rambles

Edit 2: Adding the "Disclaimer"
