How many people think they will start using their terminology with a little more consistency in 3.5?
Things like specifying things in terms of spell slots for maximum level of potions, wands, etc. Making Rary's Mnemonic Enhancer also specify spell slots. As written, you could place 3 Empowered Magic Missles in a Rary's since they would still be first level spells. Just don't use Heighten, all other MetaMagics are fine.
They are renaming spells. Considering how many of the original errata were using the old spell names from previous editions, how many of that type of error do you think will be in 3.5?
I'm hoping that some of their clarification will be to use the correct terms that they have defined wherever appropriate.
