I said no and it doesn't even have anything to do with DRM.
Little things have a way of indicating bigger things. For instance, when I go to click on Create an Account, I'm immediately prompted on whether or not I want to display the nonsecure items. Of course I'll choose no. This is after all, where they are collecting personal information.
What's missing? Well, all the images. Okay, that's not really a big deal. I can register without seeing pretty little images. Why are the images missing? Because they are referenced using HTTP instead of HTTPS. They're images, right? Well, yes, but if these guys missed the HTTPS on the images, did they miss it anywhere else? May seem a bit nit-picky, but you never can tell these days. Perhaps this is a sign of a bigger problem. Missing something as simple as this, which is easily tested, makes me leary. What else did they miss?
I'm probably just paranoid. But I'd rather be paranoid than burned. After all, if Guess Jeans can make a big goof and get a huge fine from the FCC, these guys can goof, too.
