You could still use a scimitar on-hand.

Keep in mind that you still take a -2/-2 penalty from dual-wielding light weapons (but since you've got finesse and short swords are finessable, it should total out to +6/+6 anyway. If you were to go Scimitar/Short Sword, it'd be +4/+6.)

A rapier is one of the medium weapons that Weapon Finesse can be applied to (although you would still suffer -4/-4 penalties if you dual-wielded them.)

Your skill ranks in Tumble seem too high.
Tumble is a cross-class skill, the rest are class skills.

 -Skill-     -Ranks-
Diplomacy       3
Tumble          3
Jump            5
Swim            5
Indimidate      1

Your 1st level is warrior, so you have 12 skill points to spend as a warrior, then at 2nd and 3rd another 3 each as warrior and as high elf.

1st (warrior): Tumble 2cc, Jump 4, Swim 4
2nd (warrior): Jump +1 -> 5, Swim +1 -> 5, Intimidate 1
3rd (high elf): Diplomacy 3

That will give you all of the above, with Tumble at 2 ranks, instead of 3.

In order to have Tumble at 3 ranks, you need to spend one skill point at 2nd and 3rd level each, dropping Intimidate and lowering Diplomacy to 2, for example.

Alright...nice...nice. You have a spellcaster, a skill user, a techie, and a bruiser. Perfect. Also... for theatrical effect... I'm going to start the campaign with you guys being teleported into Dalaran... it just seems to be better that way. Also, I'm doing this same camapgain with my friend James, so what I prepare for that game, I can use in this one. I already have the storyline plotted out, and you guys are in for a treat!

Well... just let me know when you guys are ready.

Oh... and Ascended Warrior, when you're done your C-sheet with background and everything, can you post your C_Sheet in the thread in the rogu'es gallery., for easy reference, thnx.
Also, the campaign is called Divine Intervention.

For a dual-wilding finesse, I usually use a rapier and a shortsword.
Also, the rapier is essentially the same damage and crit as a scimitar, except it can be finessed and it's piercing instead of slashing. It's weaker versus zombies, but it is pretty good still.

Of course... if you simply MUST have Drizzt wannabee, then I guess it's your own business
