I see that a lot of the new D&D books are labeled as Trade Paperbacks. Does this just mean softcover or is the books physical dimension different (Star Wars Saga books as an example)?

They're 6"x9" - much like the size of trade paperback books. They've got increased page counts, but 56% the area per page. They're also about $20 as opposed to $30-$35.

I am very much hoping they are bound in a way which makes laying flat an option.

Thanks Obryn.

I hope they do lay flat. It would make the books pretty hard to use if they didn't.

Edit: I'd XP you but I just did that recently. At least I didn't ask for pics! ;)
