Yet another sneak attack question

Yeah, so the rogue could only pull it off in the surprise round, or by hiding/becoming invisible in rounds thereafter.

I'm with hong. Let the rogue sneak attack. :)

While I don't see it as unbalances either way you chose to rule it.

I personally would not allow the Seeking to allow the sneak attack. Skeeing isn't making someone non-concealed. It is just veering towards the target. Sneak Attack requires really good aiming and picking vital areas. You still can't see the target to pick the vital area. All that happens is the missile moves to adjust, hitting any old place on the target, irrelevant to the aiming point.
 

Just to rescue this from page 3...



This cancels out any miss chances, so if someone would normally be allowed to sneak attack the target they would be able to with seeking too.
