The feats allow you to use the healing word power once per day. That mean that when you decide to use it you can use it 2 or 3 times (depending on level) during the encounter or is it just 1 healing word once per day? Haven't found anything in the eratta.

The thing that bug me is that Veil is a 6th level spell and so should be pretty powerful. The next game is in a week so we will find a compromise with the DM.

Just to be sure I got it right (RAW). Combat 1: Auto miss. 20: Auto hit (but not an auto crit). Saves 1: Auto failure. 20: Auto success. Skills 1: Not an auto failure. 20: Not an auto succes. Am I correct?

For race, I'd use Half-ogre (LA +2, in RoS). I would go barb 1/fighter X. Bump the 17 to 18 (Str) and one 15 to 16. 9 to Cha :) You also need a good Dex. As for feats, Combat Reflexes and Improved Trip are a must. Weapon Focus and Spec are also good. Power Attack. It's a bit cheesy but it is...

It works best if your character is at least Large :) Combat Reflexes is a must, as is Improved Trip. If you're willing to take 3 levels of swashbuckler (CW), you get to add you Int bonus to damage with the chain :)

You need 20 levels in a class to get epic bonus feats for that particular class. So if you're a fighter 15/occult slayer 5, you will need 5 more levels of fighter before getting the fun stuff :)

I think that the feat would be worth it if you plan on playing a high AC tank. And that the DM allows those armors :) Not sure I would wear the one that reduce movement (mountain plate?).

I just realised something... I'm playing a warmage with a Defending +5 morningstar. I always fully bump my AC by +5. I never attack with that weapon. Is this legal? Not so sure anymore...
