As long as Falryn can remember, whenever brute strength was needed around the village, he would be called upon. This lead to a close relationship with the dwarven smith Thorin Black Hammer and he became his apprentice.

Although Falryn is an apprentice smith, he did not make his arms and armor, these were gifts from Thorin.

Racial hit dice are monster hit dice, just for creatures that have them normally; such as ogres, thri-kreen, or lizardfolk. Most humanoids start with a class level instead, but not all; those who naturally have 2 or more racial hit dice don't normally start as 1st-level characters. That's all that's meant by 'racial hit dice'; they're monster hit dice that some races have.

Wilette, I have to find an artificer or alchemist base class that works alright, but I don't know of any decent ones that are available to me besides the Artificer from the Tome of Secrets, a Pathfinder supplement. I *might* allow that or a Technologist from EN Publishing's "The Fantastic Science," but I haven't read it in full yet so I'm not sure about it yet. Nonetheless, I'll take a look at the PDFs I bought and see if something works.

D&D's official Artificer class was never given a decent preview outside of the Eberron book itself, which I don't have; the only preview of the class is a woefully incomplete one in Dragon Magazine that doesn't detail their Augmentations or whatever they're called, so it's useless.

Edit: Finished looking over The Fantastic Science again. You can use the Technologist class Wilette, or the Savant class in the appendix, if you like. But if you do, you'll need to buy a copy of the PDF from RPGNow. I won't supply the rules-material for it myself, and I'm not gonna handle the massive workload of typing out all the rules and gadgets from The Fantastic Science myself, even if I didn't encourage supporting EN World and just buying the cheap PDF.

Sorry Voda Vosa, but Warlocks aren't among the available options for this campaign. They're from Complete Arcane, not Player's Handbook II, and were never previewed on the Wizards of the Coast website. I don't have Complete Arcane. So Warlocks are outside my available reference materials (and no, any copy found on other websites would not be legal and thus not useable in my games). I've seen the class details only once before at a face-to-face game, and that was one or two years ago, so I don't have a current reference.

Anyway, it doesn't seem to fit the basic character description you came up with; warlocks deal in fiendish powers, and if one were to exist in the new world, it would be a wicked individual created by an evil deity, not a cheery young lady without obvious malice. You'll need to come up with a different character or at least a different class for her, if you're still interested in this game.

Dragonwriter, the Dragonfire Adept is fine, since I have most of the relevant reference material for it on the WotC website, and the sheet of the one dragonfire adept I made for a high-level game last year that never got off the ground, back when I was in a face-to-face group where someone had Dragon Magic. The character will have to be devoted to Bahamut, Tiamat, or another dragon deity (Chronepsis, Io, etc.), and possess a suitable alignment to start with (LG if devoted to Bahamut, for example).

Wilette, if you don't want to buy the Fantastic Science PDF, and don't have the Tome of Secrets PDF for Pathfinder, then I'm not sure what else you could use. Those are the only alchemist or artificer sort of base classes I have access to, besides the cruddy little worthless Eberron artificer preview in Dragon Magazine. I don't particularly want to waste time looking for and then scrutinizing over whatever homebrewed classes are out on the net.

I'll look over Falyn and Raska in a little bit, then post the NPC I worked on. However, I dislike the vagueness of a listing like "adventurer's kit." Although I was able to find what the heck is in it in the PHB2, I'd prefer you just list the individual items and take their costs out of your starting gold allotment. No general stores around to buy prepackaged kits in, with special deals or whatnot. Also, you have no spell component pouch (problematic for a spellcaster), no artisan's tools for blacksmithing, and your spell save DC listings are given as 4 + spell level when it should be 14 + spell level. Note that Falyn has 240 GP to spend in total.

You're right, I got mesed up. In the PHB2 there's only some details and builds. I'll make something else.
As for:

I must say that warlocks can have either fiendish source of power, or fey source of power. This character was an example of the second.

Metliz reshaped as a shugenja. Have some questions regarding the school of Isawa, it says that you can choose all elements, but says nothing about what element you have assigned by elemental focus. If you prefer I can make him of another school, but I prefer not to.

Semi-Success

I found the eberron campaign setting pdf I bought when my friends and I went on the failed dnd attempt :p I don't have the expanded artificer stuff but i'm workin on it hopefully. Is that ok, or is the technologist the only option, as I don't have a credit card at the moment.

HolyMan

Thy wounds are healed!
hmm you could create the first Warforged or other clockwork creature

that sounds like alot of fun I need a recap on what races are takin so I can seee which direction I wish to go

thanks in advance

HM

EDIT: I'm hoping for human but could go dwarf just need a class/races chosen so far

Rangerjohn...Elf duskblade
VodaVosa.....Human Shugenga
Willette........Forest gnome Technologist???
DragonWriter...Human or Dwarf Dragonfire Adept
HolyMan.......Human or Dwarf Paladin

This is what's been mentioned so far. But remember there can be two of each race; one male and one female. I think it would be kinda cool if there were at least one linked pair of pc's.
